Liberal with bad intentions, a far-left progressive or liberal in the United States that patronizes and put minorities on the pedestal to make themselves look good. They also have the tendency of babying minorities that are deemed "vulnerable" and that is a type of racism.

An LWBI is a terrible person who claimed to be for minorities but in return treats them like they are incapable of taking care of themselves.
