A pick me is a woman that is willing to do anything for male approval. She will embarrass or throw other women under the bus to achieve this goal. The unfortunate thing about a pick me is usually the men they are trying to seek approval from are of poor quality and treat women badly, leaving little real benefit for the pick me.
Pick me: If a man cheats on you, it's probably because you your fault. Be feminine! Make him food! Clean his ass hole!

Rational person: Shut up psycho

This phrase has been used in word boxing for many years. It's useful in every setting from family to new love.
It tends to be used primarily as a counter phrase when one is made to feel uncomfortable. Also used if the user feels they have over stepped some boundary. It's usually followed by a new topic as quickly as possible, or by silence.

The use of ya instead of you directs the listeners mind to a softer, less serious side of speech.
