A spinny thang is supposed to be a turbocharger as it spins and it is saying a thing that spins , that is, a turbocharger. And, Ying Yang is supposed to be chinese. We all know cheap and especially chinese things have bad quality and are faking other companie's products so this ying yang spinny thang is used on ricers of some 16 year old with his first car and cheap Ebay mods.
