Alternative form of the expression 'you know'. It is often added at the beginning of sentences to brace the listener to listen more keenly and it is also often added at the end of sentences as a form of seeking confirmation from the listener.
EX1:
Yenno, I'm pretty fed up with my boss right now.
EX2:
I just have a strong gut feeling about it, yenno?
