whoever sends ya is not interested in the conversation. Ya is basically like putting a full stop on a conversation, people use ya when trying to act cool but in reality their the sort of people who annoy everyone.
"oh yeh well I've played netball for a while, do you play footy or any sort of sport??"........ "ya." .........
