Someone whose eyes are always half-shut, so they look like they are stoned. Usually those with wolf eyes are the people who don't smoke weed, but still know how to have a good time.

A rare, randomly occuring eye mutation that occurs in 1 /10,000 people throughout the world. Typically refered to as Amber eyes, the iris is a golden color and ranges from a dark amber to a bright yellow. Few people have seen a person with wolf eyes and are found to be more common in animals than humans, hence the name "wolf eyes"
He looked in my direction. His wolf eyes made him appear more animal than human. I can only imagine what he was thinking...
