1. "Wittchu" is shorter slang for "with you." It is pronounced "witt-chu" sounds kind of like "witch-you" but it has nothing to do with a witch, halloween or anything else like that as far as the word's slang definition.

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
