Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. Originally applied to Halo, a "wingo" is the action of using the butt of a weapon, particularly a flag, to hit someone in the back of the head. It is now applied a number of games which allow the player to perform a similar attack. It is to be shouted at optimum volume after said action is undertaken. Use in conjuction with owned,pawned/pwned and clipped.
