Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. He was a great basketball player. Probally the greatest center of all time. He scored and rebounded with such ease. If he went up against Shaq some say he'd kill him some say Shaq would kill him. I think it'd be a good matchup but shaq might over power him. ANYWAYS he was a great basetball player but can never be compared to Michael Jordan for
