A word used to describe a rare breed of woman, generally blonde, white, over-tanned and skin like leather, who only orders white wine as their meal, sometimes paired with a cigarette.
(Two servers at a restaurant talk in the back)
Server 1: "Dude, the white wino is on her 5th glass of chardonnay. I don't think she's leaving anytime soon."
Server 2: "I hope she tips well."
Server 1: "Last time, she just left me her number."
