Weeb or weaboo is a person on the internet who likes the japanese culture so much that they become obsessed with it to the point of being cringeworthy. Lighter term for weeb is "otaku" which is just a person who enjoys japanese entertainment

A less hardcore weaboo that isn’t obsessed with anime so much as likes it a lot, and might think a character is cute but not treat them like a waifu or have a body pillow. A weeb is aware and will joke about themselves and sarcastically use “senpai” and anime memes like “omae wa mo shindeiru.” Can be weirdos or try hard but not the level of evil that weaboo are at.

A non-Japanese person who treats anime like the greatest thing ever to be created, rejects American things because they think they are automatically inferior to Japanese things, owns a waifu pillow, and uses Japanese words in otherwise English sentences, usually "kawaii" and "desu"
