When the sight and/or sound of a person vomiting causes others around him to vomit as well. A vomit domino effect.

The mere sight of Eddie vomiting on the water taxi caused a vomino effect among several other passengers.

When someone vomits so powerfully, it makes other around them vomit also

Davo: I just had a vom vom
Stevo: I know, it made me vom vom.
Davo: Yep, that's the Vomino Effect.
