Any sexual relations outside of marriage, whether it be premarital, or extramarital/incest/child abuse/rape/spouse abuse, done without permission.

It comes from my thought that if sex is sacred within marriage, and is termed a sacrament. So if people do it outside of marriage, or perform spouse abuse it is unauthorised, or done without permission even if done against ones' morales.
