As a child of the 80's, I loved Nintendo, Glam Rock, and all things John Hughes. However, the children of the Twenty-Tween (20-tween) generation are watching bad remakes of great 80's movies and television and profess their love for Justin Beiber, Taylor Swift and the Twighlight Saga.

Simply: it's popular music from 2009 to 2012. Coined by the creators of South Park in the episode "You're getting old." They are not making fun of a specific band, artist, or anything like that (maybe dubstep would be the best genre to describe tween wave). People are over-thinking this making it seem like they are ripping on Justin Bieber or something, but its a simple definition idiots.
I was just listening to a radio station that plays the most popular new songs, and that tween wave music sounds like total shit!

Young people between the ages of 18 and 21 that have adult liability, but not adult status. Example: can be drafted, can be incarcerated, can enter into contract, no longer subject to parental control; but, cannot admit ones self to a hospital with co-consent of someone 21 or older, cannot consume alcohol at all or be in an area designated over 21 only.
