The act of vigorously stroking and simultaneously sucking upon the shaft of male genitalia. A large noise is made by the intense sucking, which is similar to a turbo engine.

Used to describe (generally female) imagery that's suggestive, but in a PG-13 sense rather than an R or above sense.
