The dangerous and un-nerving experience of being tailgated very closely by a large truck so that all you see in the rear vision mirror is a large shiny bumper and a truck radiator.

A tricked out truck. Although on first glance the butt truck might look like a stunt to attract the ladies, it is a form of peacocking designed to score male ass. Indeed, the driver of such a monstrosity often is not yet aware of his extravagant homosexuality.
