A combination of the words "trouble" and "problems" meaning to have large issues or to fail at something.

Person 2: Dude, you have some serious troublems.
Person 1: Wow, I just smacked myself in the head with my own knee.
Person 2: Having some troublems with coordination?

Combination of trouble and problems. Often said by accident or as a slip up. Mainly used to indicate a task that is difficult to complete.

When a problem has lead to trouble or vice-versa. And both are interconnected leading to that "oh-lord-save-me-I-am-in-deep-shit" effect. Can be used interchangebly with Prouble
