A kind of cat macro that attempts to combine a trollish caption/statement with a lolcat/Caturday-like picture. Popularized by trollcats.com and 4chan's "/b/" board.

One who trolls extensively on 'Omegle' and takes the act too far. You are classified as a 'trollcat' if you spend more than 1 hour leading on the same person with 100% lies.
