Someone who believes that gender dysphoria is necessary to be transgender. May or may not be trans themselves. An alternative term for truscum.

When kilig, one may experience the following:

*butterflies in one's stomach
*heart melting
*shivers down one's spine
*irrepressible noises from one's mouth
*uncontrollable smiling
*an inner conflict between hope of something wished for and reality

Kilig may also be defined as that mountain top, floating, on cloud nine, invincible, i-could-keep-smiling, heart aching goodness and feeling which overpowers the mind's ability to think straight, act straight, breathe properly and articulate thoughts into a single comprehensible sentence.

This word is often mistaken for the word "Truscum", mainly because truscum is an insult towards CERTIAN transmedicalists who believe gender dysphoria and/or gender incongruence is a requirement to be transgender. "Truscum" literally means "true scum" and is pronounced the same way as its meaning.

Transmeds (also called transmedicalists) are individuals who believe transitioning from one sex to another should be covered medically, either by the state or insurance.

The combination of all of these terms is Trumed or Trumedicalist (the tru coming from truscum and the med coming from medicalism/medicalist in transmed/transmedicalist)

A person who believes Gender Dysphoria is a mental illness, and that one needs Gender Dysphoria to be transgender.

Someone who belives in the current understanding medical side this often comes with a necessity of medical transitioning and or social transitioning however niether of these are guaranteed and depend on whether they fall more truscum or tucute side of coin
