The action of locking the top bolt (contractor's lock) to prevent entrance of room mates and/or other uninvited guests whilst "flickin/jackin it" on your lunch break. Not doing so could result in either the awkward "OMG! YOU SAW MY JUNK!" or the always plainful blue bean/blue balls (see Blue Bean)

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
