It is typically used in messaging. It's the words "until tomorrow", but the tomorrow is abbreviated into "tmr".
Artur *texting* : hey I just wanted to know how much I have to give your money back?
Rosy : you have until tmr else you're dead.

Tty tmr means Talk To You Tomorrow. It is basically TTYL but sometimes it is very late and you need to sleep, so tell the person you are talking to tty tmr.
