A contraction of the words "thigh" and "butt". Used to denote the area on an old or morbidly obese girl's ass where the buttcheek meets her leg where either advanced age or fat has removed the nice shapely division between these two body parts and replaced it with an area where the buttcheek and upper thigh join into a single homologous lump.
