A person who goes into an inner-city area known for street drug dealing with the sole intention of purchasing narcotics. Known as switches because they will buy from the first dealer they encounter instead of consumating a previously arranged drug deal. Police officers will look for young, "suburban" looking caucasians driving through areas they would typically not frequent.

When younger playing Madden: NFL Football the video game, and your opponent goes throw the football and you think you can intercept the pass so you press the button to switch player and your player automatically moves in and the reciever is then wide open for the catch.
