To be scared of someone or someting

A time in which you feel like everyday is one long hangover that you cannot escape and everything around you is a shit storm.

a lame joke started by a Man named James, it has no meaning and it supposed to be funny, but is not. Very lame. the purpose is to say "you are the scary" to another person over text and the person who sent the "you are the scary" does not respond

That feeling of anxiety or anxiousness you get after some serious binge drinking. Not to be confused with a hangover, some serious drinking must occur for this to happen, and will typically settle in after the initial hangover. This will usually happen, after a few days of binge drinking.

Means you cause fear, or people are scared of you.
Scary does not mean you are scared yourself, ever, thats just not a thing.

If you are the one doing the scaring, you are “scary”
