Urban Dictionary: the ormsby stare

A perverse, lingering, upwardly stare at a woman. Most common after a few beverages.

Victim: Do you think that small, drunken, dishevelled man is looking at me?
Victim's friend: Yes, and he is giving you the ormsby stare!
