When a man flexes and releases his cremaster muscle (attached to the spermatic cord, that holds your testicles in place), causing his testicles to pull closer to the body, then release, mimicking an elevator stopping at different floors.

Steve: Gonna make a stop on the 3rd floor, buddy?
Mike: Sure am, Going UP!
