Almosts refers to the age demographic that is not quite 21. Ranging from 18 to 21, this age groups is of the age to vote join the military but not allowed to Drink in many if not all US states. They are in college of building careers. They are adults on several benchmarks and are not on others. Almost 21, but not quite.
