"Who's Now" was a daily series aired during SportsCenter throughout July 2007, in which viewers helped ESPN determine the ultimate sports star by considering both on-field success and off-field buzz. That's from Wikipedia and they have to be impartial. If you were to ask any sports fan, they would tell you that the series is one of the most patently contrived, idiotic nonsense to ever hit the airwaves. Most people instantly change the channel - to absolutely anything - when the theme music for the segment begins.
"Who's Now is so artificial, from concept to execution, that watching it is like chewing Styrofoam." - Newsweek

Showing you have lost all interest in a certain subject, to the extent that you are happy to kill it. Willow Rosenberg's evil, vampire, Doppelganger and Dark Willow both used this line in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
It has a sinister quality to it, almost exerting one's superiority over another in a certain situation, showing how meaningless the subject is to the person saying it.

Warren Meers: "Oh, and when you get caught... you'll lose them too. Your friends. You don't want that. I know you're in pain, but..."

A joke made in a Video by the youtuber Flamingo's video titled "I pretended to be a Roblox SCAM BOT... and get voted off" Where near the beginning a player says "am now" Albert (flamingo) And his friend (Cayden) Started saying it repeatedly as a joke. Nobody but the original user who said it knows what it means, however it is a joke nonetheless.
