A sexual attractive maneuver to pick up "girls" by sticking a full "tequila" bottle up your own ass and do a backflip after. Then chug the whole bottle without interrupting. When the person fails, he has to perform the "deathroll".

Person 1: What happened to that girl last night?
Persn 2: I performed a Tequila flip and we went to my appartement after.
Person 1: I tried it once, but i failed, so i did a deathroll and broke my neck.
