a portmanteau of "telepathic" and "Black", used to satirize the commonly held belief by non-blacks that all blacks with a general vicinity (campus, city, small nation) know each other familiarly and are aware of each other's activities and whereabouts.
Non-black student (1): "...and I think this girl Jennifer was at the recital, too."
Non-black student (2): "Who's that?"
Non-black student (1): "Oh, she's half-black and has poofy hair--"
Non-black student (2): "Half-black--Jamal, do you know her?"
Jamal (Black student): "Oh, yea sure. Let me contact her teleblackicly..."
::puts index fingers to head and concentrates::
Non-black student (2): "Who's that?"
Non-black student (1): "Oh, she's half-black and has poofy hair--"
