When a man/woman proceeds to to gulp down their man's penis (usually most who swallowgize end up ingesting their partner's semen as well) in an attempt to make amends for past transgressions. Also related to the term swallowgy, the oral version of an apology.
Guy 1: Hey did you and your girlfriend ever apologize for being a bitch to you last night?
Guy 2 : No, actually she never did.
Guy 1: Man I'm sorrow bro, should kick her ass to the curb!!
Guy 2 : I made her swallowgize instead. (grins)
