a variation of "that's for sure" or simply "sure" that was invented accidentally by my Italian friend (because no one told her she was saying it wrong, but we decided we liked her version better); normally used with a sarcastic undertone
Giorgia: Man, you were so plastered last night.
Angela: No I wasn't, actually, I was just having fun and exaggerating a bit.
Giorgia: Uh-huh, yeah, sure for that.

The nice way to say no. Usually said when not paying any attention to the person asking you the question, but not wanting to say no because you're afraid of hurting their feelings.
