Steve: "Hey bob, why do you plow and keep care of that yard next to yours?"
Bob: "My neighbor lives in Chicago and only comes to his home here in Michigan when its warm outside. I take care of his yard and keep an eye out for his place, and well... he acts like a nice guy."
Steve: "Does he let you swim in his pool?"
Bob: "no, but he has a few cookouts a year..."
Steve: "what a summer fucker."
Bob: "yea..."
