Term used to con people into buying cheap and easy businesses, education, and or prostitutes.

Very little is known about this band, though it is presumed they were a Punk Rock/Hard Rock/Heavy Metal outfit. Their most famous member was Matt Sanders, who took the stage name M. Shadows and went on to become the lead vocalist for Avenged Sevenfold.

A program developed for ultimate success in a classroom setting; the program involves dressing up in slutty (but not scandalous) clothing during the first several class sessions. The purpose of dressing in such a way is so that the teacher or professor develops a low standard for his or her new student (we all know that slutty girls are viewed as dumb girls). However, when the first exam or test of intelligence rolls around, the student performs in a manner much higher than the teacher or professor expects. This occurs because the student dressing in a slutty manner is actually a decently intelligent person; however, the teacher or professor is mislead by her appearance, and therefore holds a low standard. This low standard is easily exceeded simply by performing in an average manner academically.
