stubsy is defined by the combination of two words; stubborn and gypsy. If one is stubsy, it means that he/she is a cheap bastard with the will power to gyp one at any cost. They are so fixated on their cheap nature, that to change the mind of one who is stubsy, is to move a ball whose mass is equivalent to the Earth.
I just went to the 7/11 by my house, and that stubsy clerk charged me for two Kit Kats. Stubsy bastard!

Bob made me drive all around town, then I had to buy him lunch, and then he ate some of my food; that stubsy bastard.

He smirked, "we can't chill at my house, but we can chill in my car."
That stubsy bastard.
