A form of ghetto CPR given in form of a encouraging phrase, sometimes accompanied by clapping of hands by the person doing the encouraging, rather than in a useful life saving procedure that can actually save a life. Usually told to a poor soul that got ventilated by Police, a rival rapper or any one else with a grudge, and is used by friends or family members who want to see their friend or relative stay alive, but can't or won't render proper medical aid for whatever reason.
