A SOC is a short, fat and pizza faced little wiener who has no friends and go's to the library. They often have their hands in their pockets so it's easy topush them over.
The word SOC originated from the De La Salle librarian (Conan the Lirarian). The librarian got the name Conan name from being so manly. She has had this name for decades and is still a De La tradtion
