A mental disorder which doesn't unnecessarily make the person a killer but still a lack of moral values. Sociopaths make their way into organizations as the figure head due to their extremely manipulative and observant behaviors.
Unlike common belief sociopaths differ from psychopaths due to their ability to think a situation through and put on a "mask" for what their surroundings would fit.

A person of a particullar mental disorder in wich the afflicted is mentally disconnected with the public at large makeing the potentiall that this person to take a chainsaw and a shot gun then scream "this is my boom stick" in times square increadible possible and make perfect sense in their mind.
