another way to say " i see " you can also use "seen" as well, but " skeen" is used by the more gangster people.

A showing of understanding.
Instead of "oh i see" you would say "skeen". However if someone was to ask you if you understood you would not reply with "skeen". It is a word that has to be promted without being askd if you understand something. Kind of like coming to your own conclution of a situation.
