A girl who is always late for everything. Has no concept of time and will giggle and apologise but in reality doesn't feel guilty. We don't know exactly why she has no concept of time or what she does to fuck ass around that long.
Oh my god, she is such a Sjaan. You literally have to tell her the party is two hours before it actually starts so she gets here on time.
