Condition that occurs in men where the scrotum turns a dusky blue or blackish color that is an accurate prognosticator of impending death. Roloff sign happens after trauma, heart attack, drug overdose, etc. in which the guy is near death (most often seen in a hospital setting). Despite extraordinary measures, roloff sign indicates a poor outcome is likely.

a.k.a Just forget it sign. The act of positioning both arms in an outward manor with your elbows bent so that the tip of your fingers point upwards and palms forward. Upon hearing or seeing something totally ridiculous the signer moves both hands in a downward and back movement saying "just forget it" or "international sign." The more ridiculous something is the more international signs the event is given.
