Someone who is called out on a mistake and makes an idiot of themselves in front of others in a large group of people. mainly used in the military.
if private smith goes to the firing range and forgets to bring his rain gear even though he knows it will be raining. he has made a dumb ass mistake and when his seargent calls him out on it he will be called a shit missle.
