A type of sexual act involving five members (fivesome) in which, classically, a man is pinned down with arms outstretched by four women - one receiving cunnilingus, one receiving vaginal intercourse, and two are fingered by each of the man's hands, thus effectively fastening him to the bed or floor.

Traditionally, this act continues until the man is on the brink of death, at which point he should cry out, "It is finished!", orgasm one final time, and then die.

Though unconventional, it is acceptable for a woman to be subjected to sexual crucifixion, or for men to take the role of pinning the martyr, in which case anal sex, tribadism, fellatio, and handjobs may be substituted for the original acts.
