Not as in severe weather. Severe weather would be great weather. severe can be used like cool, awesome, sexy ect.. Also unsevere can refer to someone uncool or something not appealing.
Example: Thats really severe. Example: He is severely severe.Example:That hat is severely unsevere. Example: That movie was unsevere.
