A nasty, sneaky person who many refer to as 'asshole' or 'scumbag.' But a scumcrumpet is worse because of the enjoyment he or she receives when doing damage. Members of terrorists organizations and some members of Congress are often viewed by their opposition as scumcrumpets.

Someone who is possessed by clout chasing. The original human is now gone and a demonic entity that feeds on clout is all that is left. An empty shell with no control of their actions, forced to blindly react to situations they think will bring them attention.
