I scribored this head. The head is copy of plastic head from GW plastic terminators pressed in silicon molds - in that box is only one head and I made mold to get some copies.

A phrase to describe someone who is cognitively degenerating. Synonym of "going off the deep end". Can have varying degrees of severity.
