Intelligence agency term for "psychological operation". A government or corporate-sponsored operation, usually taking the form of a "terrorist attack" or "crazed gunman on a spree", with the intent of panicking the public into demanding more police and laws inhibiting freedom. Psyops are usually carried out by drugging a civilian or group of civilians with aggression-promoting drugs, psyching them up, arming them, and sending them out to commit mayhem. A term used in the show The Disastrous Life of Saiki K.: Reawakened. The word was made when Saiki's mom had made up a homonym for psychic on the spot. It is supposedly a trendy word meaning your child is a science genius,
"Hey, did you hear about John's brother? He scored so high on the science test people are calling him a sci-kick now!"
