A person who pads a handicap or acts as if he/she is at a lower skill level than he/she actually is so he/she can achieve better during competition that's handicapped or by skill level.

It’s an acronym standing for Can’t Remember A Fucking Thing. It’s usually used to describe embarrassment at being unable to remember someone (CRAFT moment); going onstage as the lead in the latest theatrical performance and your mind goes completely blank (CRAFT situation); the next morning after a night when you got pissed as a fart and woke up in bed cuddling a traffic cone and a string of fairy lights wound round your prick.

In grappling competitions, a sandbagger is known as somebody who fights down his/her normal skill level in order to get easy wins.

For example: A grappler who has an intermediate skill level (2-4 years experience) will decide to drop down to fight in the novice or beginners divisions in order to sweep everyone out of the division and win the gold.

In paintball a person or team of a higher level plays as a lower level team to win. Such as an Amature team playing a novice event.

A person whom consistently pretends to be able to do less work than she can so as not to have to work as hard.

1.) Someone who plays below there actual potential.

2.) Someone with giant testicles, and/or giant saggy breasts.

A Sand-bagger is to Dems, what a Tea-bagger is to GOP; left wing-nuts who spend all their energy attacking Democratic leaders and organizations. Nobody in the party is as principled as they. They're blissfully unaware their gov't has a Congress, wherein bills are introduced, cycle through committee, are tabled or voted upon. They can't grasp that POTUS doesn't make laws; he signs or vetoes bills after they've passed Congress. They believe FDR passed reforms via a bully pulpit without 2/3 majorities of Dems in Congress. They were enthralled with Obama until they stayed home both mid-terms, and now blame Obama for the impact of their not voting. They believe the system is rigged against them, an irony, since the vast majority of them are white males. They think the DNC is a witch stirring the cauldron of all human suffering. Their confusion about the function of the DNC, comprised of 100s of party leaders and activists, causes them great angst, inspiring their ALL CAPS RANTS. Just like right wing blames the dysfunction in DC on the poor, POC, media, and gov't; the left wing blames the mess in DC on the rich, the DNC, POTUS, and the media. It's not enough for them to have one agree on the problems, also their solutions, no matter how implausible. They're not just holier than thou, they're holier than Christ on the cross.
