Some people have the police perpetuate that the world is a safe and sound place because of their presence. You don't see police stepping in front of cars before they can hit people to stop them and protect people from harm (and nobody would ask them to waste their time and resources on every person that crosses a street) why, because the world has always been a dangerous enough place to live in on a daily basis as long as humans live in it. There will be no reforming something like human nature, even if a good court decision was made. Talk about reforming something like that is a joke.
