While the term was coined by Rose McGowan in context of the #MeToo movement, and is mostly associated with the K-pop community, the phenomenon is universal and a basic component of how culture works.

Rustan is the sweetest person you will ever meet. He is so genuine, caring, loving, handsome, passionate and will love you unconditionally. He will be there for you through everything and will put a smile on your face. Rustan has the sweetest soul but he is very gullible. He would never do a thing to hurt you ever. He is very understandable and will listen to you talk all day. He has the sweetest smile and the most beautiful eyes. Rustan is perfect in every single way. Also his laugh is very contagious! Rustan will always make you laugh even at the worst times. He will brighten up your days and always try to make you happy. Rustan is super loyal and will trust you 100% so you do the same. He is a great bestfriend and also a boyfriend. If you have him don’t let him go. You won’t find another like him.
